Provision of catering facilities and dining management services to peacekeeping mission in Cyprus

REQUIREMENT

In order to ensure daily quality of food services to all members of UNFICYP involved in the humanitarian mission, operations were carried out in full safety and accordance to anti-Covid regulations for the reference period.

SOLUTION

ES-KO International has been working with the United Nations in Cyprus since 2011, providing several services – catering and dining facility management services, cleaning, janitorial and road sweeping, support services.

ES-KO is a key provider for the UN for the provision of any consumable or administrative support related to this assignment. The current catering contract with the UNIFICYP covers a seated buffet service of three meals (breakfast – lunch – dinner) for 210 soldiers on a daily basis, including fresh fruits and vegetables and leisure catering on special occasion.
